Topic: Building a Writing Practice That Sticks
The goal of this workshop is to make writing less scary and finding a routine that works. Through this workshop, we will collectively plan a writing schedule. The topics covered are:

Profile of the Trainer:
Vandana Sehgal is an author, teacher, and book-writing coach. Relocation to Stockholm from India, led to the discovery of her purpose and passion. She speaks and writes on topics like self-love, self-awareness, feminine confidence, progressive mindsets, and mindfulness.
In 2019, she wrote, I Love Myself: Discover a Life Through Self-Love. The book conveys a powerful message: “You are the creator of your life. You are born with all the abilities to either shape it or break it.”
In 2022, she published, Write: Find Your Own Mind as a Writer to tell new authors that while writing is not easy, breaking it into simple steps can make the process less scary.
In 2025, she wrote her first children’s book – ‘Stand Up for Yourself,’ Brando Tells Dory - and realised that a child lives in her who is eager to share innumerable stories with the world.
