In a world where therapeutic music and sound is necessary and gaining popularity, singer Jeralyn Glass lends her unique perspective and expertise. Her leadership in the field of sound and her inspired work with mental health, cancer, hospice, children, and veterans, is integrated throughout the book. Sacred Vibrations begins with Jeralyn’s experience of a life steeped in music, as a young singer debuting on Broadway and to a vibrant career in Europe. At the core of the book is an intimate portrayal of her path through loss and grief utilizing music and sound as her medicine. The book also includes engaging wisdom from leading scientists and esteemed colleagues.

Sacred Vibrations is about how the power of sound can transform us—including tones created by crystal singing bowls—frequencies that bridge the worlds of heaven and earth. Intentional sound can transmute our lives from uncertainty, chaos and pain to lives filled with harmony, coherence, and true healing. While Sacred Vibrations delves into the alchemical aspects of sound, it also grounds the ethereal nature of singing bowls through science, theory, and practical application.
