This deck presents a system to marry the four selves—the physical self, the conscious self, the subconscious self, and the superconscious self—which exist within us all, bringing them into balance and communion so we may each be a whole, healed being.
 
Throughout our day-to-day lives we experience a wide range of thoughts and emotions, many of which are essentially chatter. Stress over deadlines at work, worrying about exams or a loved one’s health, and money issues are all triggers that prevent us from truly living in the moment.
